So hi, Intel just made a new driver in which alows the patches of gta iv
to work. With the patches you could take the shadows and reflections
off so it is much more playable. I only use commandline for this game
which is:
-nomemrestrict -novblank -renderquality 0 -shadowdensity 0 -texturequality 0 -viewdistance 1 -detailquality 1 -fullscreen -percentvidmem 2048 -noprecache -dx9 -width 512 -height 320 -safemode -availablevidmem 2.6 -noprecache -nomemresctrict -minspecaudio -refreshrate 60 -framelimit 1 -memrestriction 88948678987
I recorded this with my camera instead of using xfire because xfire takes a lot fps when you are recroding. Thanks for watching and please subscribe, rate and comment ;)

x3100 users i have GREAT NEWs about GTA IV! The impossible is possible now!
With the help of benjaminzer, ukranianox7 and d875j...i coudn`t do it! Now GTA IV is playable! Well it is but now you dont see much augliness on the game! The game only lags where the trees are and when it rains...x3100 users follow all my steps for make GTA IV playable! The game is almost perfect!
With Fraps - min 6 FPS\ avg - 9 FPS\ max - 12 FPS
Without fraps - min - 9 FPS\ avg - 13 FPS\ max 17 FPS
Imagine how it runs if follow the seteps!

Steps:
1º Step - Install GTA IV
2º Step - Replace Crack Razor 1911
3º Step - Patch the game with "MagicPatch" of one of the tweaks.
4º Step - Replace the files of Tweak Intel Graphics Card to your gta folder least the files: Timecyc.dat\ Visualsettings.dat\ Visualsettings.xls
5º Step: Replace Timecyc.dat of Tweak V5 to your GTA IV Folder:C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\data
And Replace Visualsettings.dat and visualsettings.xls to you GTA IV folder: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data
5º Step - Run GTA 4 Downgrade of Tweak Intel Graphics. (Dont need to reboot System)
6º Step - Type Run on Start Menu; Once on Run, type "msconfig" and go to Services. Disable all "Intel Corporation" to increase FPS least the "Groove Monitor"
7º Step: Change: LaunchGTAIV.exe; GTAIV.exe; RGSCLauncher.exe to Software VerteX Processing Mode. With "Intel Display Adapter Management Tool"
8º - You`re ready to play...
